Amazon has introduced Amazon Connect Talent in its preview phase, offering talent acquisition professionals an advanced AI-based hiring solution designed to streamline the candidate selection process on a large scale. Drawing upon Amazon’s extensive expertise in hiring practices, this tool employs AI agents to conduct structured voice interviews and administer scientifically validated assessments, consistently scoring candidates and allowing recruiters to concentrate on strategic decision-making.
The platform enables candidates to participate in interviews anytime, anywhere, using any device. Recruiters are provided with comprehensive scores, interview transcripts, and detailed evaluations of each candidate, generated by the AI system. This empowers recruiters to make quicker, more objective hiring decisions. The preview version of Amazon Connect Talent includes features such as AI-driven skills assessments, adaptive questioning during AI-led voice interviews, a customizable mobile-friendly candidate portal, an all-encompassing recruiter dashboard, onboarding tools for system administrators, and integrations with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for rapid implementation.
Amazon Connect Talent is designed to efficiently manage hiring surges, with the capability to assess hundreds of candidates simultaneously. Currently, the service is available in the AWS US East (N.
