AWS IoT services launched in Israel and Europe regions

AWS IoT Core and Device Management are now available in the Israel (Tel Aviv) and Europe (Milan) AWS Regions, providing local businesses with enhanced service capabilities.

AWS has announced that its IoT Core and IoT Device Management services are now accessible in the Israel (Tel Aviv) and Europe (Milan) AWS Regions. This strategic expansion enables businesses in these areas to enhance their service delivery to local customers, offering advantages such as improved response times, enhanced data residency options, and lower costs associated with data transfer.

AWS IoT Core is a managed cloud service designed to securely connect a vast number of Internet of Things (IoT) devices to the cloud, facilitating management on a large scale. The service efficiently routes trillions of messages to both IoT devices and AWS endpoints using bi-directional industry standard protocols, including MQTT, HTTPS, and LoRaWAN in specific regions. Meanwhile, AWS IoT Device Management provides customers with the ability to search, organize, monitor, and manage connected devices remotely and at scale.

With this recent expansion, AWS IoT services are now offered in 27 AWS Regions globally. Organizations interested in utilizing these services can refer to the technical documentation for further information on AWS IoT Core and AWS IoT Device Management.
