Hyundai Motor introduces new platform for commercial vehicle technical support

Hyundai Motor has unveiled a new global platform named ‘Hyundai Conversion+’ designed to provide extensive technical support for vehicle bodybuilders and conversion partners. This initiative is set to operate across approximately 120 countries and is available in 15 different languages, reflecting Hyundai’s dedication to facilitating two-way communication and fostering a collaborative conversion ecosystem.

The ‘Hyundai Conversion+’ platform offers a comprehensive library of technical data specific to commercial vehicles, ensuring that users have access to crucial information. Additionally, it includes a hotline for real-time technical support, enhancing the user experience on both desktop and mobile devices. This platform is expected to play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion of Hyundai Motor’s special vehicle business, covering the entire range of its commercial vehicle lineup.

Furthermore, Hyundai has established a network of six dedicated regional portals to provide technical support to its global commercial vehicle partners. This strategic move underscores Hyundai’s commitment to advancing its commercial vehicle sector and ensuring that its partners worldwide have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
