Samsung Electronics is presenting an exhibition at Milan Design Week 2026, showcasing how technology can seamlessly integrate into daily life with a human-centric approach. The event features 12 immersive zones that highlight Samsung’s evolving design vision.
Samsung Electronics is currently hosting an exhibition titled “Design is an Act of Love” at the Milan Design Week 2026, taking place from April 20 to 26 in Milan, Italy. This exhibition delves into the integration of technology into everyday life, emphasizing its human aspects. The event is conceptualized as an open lab for experimentation and discovery, demonstrating how technology can be meaningfully woven into daily experiences.
Located at the Samsung Design Open Lab in Superstudio Più, the exhibition spans 12 immersive zones, each reflecting Samsung’s human-centric “Expressive Design” philosophy. The exhibition marks a new era where technology seamlessly becomes part of daily living, as captured by Samsung Newsroom.
The journey begins with The Welcome Show, which captivates visitors with a synchronized display across various devices, each synchronized with its own screen, embodying Samsung’s AI vision. This display unifies different forms of intelligence and expressions, creating a harmonious blend of personal and shared AI devices.
The exhibition continues with the Unfold Your Story zone, showcasing a vibrant array of colors through Samsung’s foldable devices, illustrating diverse lifestyles and individual identities. Meanwhile, the Wearable Intelligence and Culinary Intelligence zones highlight concepts focused on enhancing physical and emotional well-being through wearables and AI-driven culinary experiences.
At the heart of the exhibition, The Forum facilitates discussions and displays video clips featuring insights from Samsung’s design leaders. Adjacent to this, the XR Experience zone, powered by Android XR, invites visitors to broaden their horizons with Galaxy XR.
The exhibition transitions into two contrasting audio-visual zones. Transparent Symphony utilizes Samsung’s transparent Micro LED displays to dissolve physical boundaries, while All That Music combines speakers, screens, and audio-visual elements to evoke analog emotions. Across these spaces, a diverse range of design languages is presented, from minimalistic to bold and colorful, highlighting the various interpretations of Expressive Design.
In the Two Expressions of the Same Technology zone, two design models of a 130-inch Micro RGB display are showcased, demonstrating how performance and individuality can coexist within the same technological framework.
The Artful Living zone, designed like a gallery, features the S95H OLED TV with Music Frame+. This area illustrates how screens can be transformed into storytellers of personality and emotion, with customizable frames allowing the TV to adapt to different home aesthetics.
A Glimpse of Tomorrow offers visitors a look into the future shaped by design and technology, reflecting Samsung’s commitment to human-centered design. The exhibition concludes with The Goodbye Show, where the Luna AI home device bids farewell to visitors in a light-hearted, colorful finale, emphasizing that technology is not only about functionality but also about creating emotional connections.
Through “Design is an Act of Love,” Samsung presents its evolving design vision, aiming to place technology in the service of humanity by crafting more expressive, meaningful, and human-centered experiences.
